1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the TTBet platform is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which form part of this overall agreement.

By clicking the "Register" or "Login" button, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendments to these terms are posted, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms in effect at that time.

2. Membership Eligibility

To register and use ttbet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use;
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not prohibited by the laws of your country or region of residence from participating in online gambling activities;

3. Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ttbet account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur;

• TTBet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence;

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG);
• Winnings resulting from technical errors or incorrect displays are void and may be cancelled;
• In the event of a connection disruption during gameplay, the TTBet system will automatically continue the round according to the pre-set configuration;

2. If the issue cannot be resolved within 14 days, the relevant party may refer to TTBet's formal complaints procedure;
3. If a resolution is still not reached, the dispute may be referred to a recognised independent mediation body.

By using TTBet, you agree that you will not file any legal claim against TTBet without first following the dispute resolution procedure set out above.
